Independent support service
Scopus Publication Service is an independent editorial and publication-support provider. It is not a journal, publisher, university, indexing database, or representative of Elsevier, Scopus, or any other third party. Use of the word “Scopus” in the business name does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or guaranteed indexing.
No acceptance or indexing guarantee
Journal acceptance, peer-review outcomes, publication dates, indexing decisions, and editorial timelines are controlled by journals, publishers, and indexing services. We do not guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing, citations, or a specific editorial decision.
Author responsibility
The author remains responsible for the accuracy, originality, ethics, permissions, citations, authorship, data, conclusions, disclosures, and final submission of all work. Authors must review and approve every edited file before use.
Academic integrity
Our services are intended to improve clarity, organisation, language, presentation, and compliance. We do not support fabricated research, falsified data, plagiarism, impersonation, undisclosed authorship, or assessed work submitted as another person’s original work.
Scope, quotation, and changes
A project begins only after the scope, price, payment terms, files, and delivery target are confirmed in writing. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or timeline.
Deadlines and client cooperation
Delivery estimates depend on timely receipt of complete files, instructions, payments, and author feedback. A requested deadline is not accepted until confirmed. Delays in client responses or major scope changes may affect delivery.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Payment requirements are stated in the written quotation. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on work already completed, committed resources, and any project-specific terms confirmed before work begins.
Confidentiality
We handle submitted material for the agreed service and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Clients should use the file-transfer method agreed for confidential manuscripts and avoid sending passwords or payment-card details through chat.
Communication
By submitting an enquiry, you permit us to contact you about that request by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or website chat. Service-related messages may include quotations, questions, delivery notices, and support updates.
